Draft for the pilot. To be reviewed before CreaseOS opens to teams beyond the pilot. Last updated 25 October 2026.
What we collect
- Your name, and your phone number or email address if your team's organiser enters them.
- Your replies to match invitations, your attendance and whether you played.
- Payment and expense records that your team's treasurer enters: amounts, dates and who paid. CreaseOS does not store card, bank or UPI credentials.
- Your sign-in details (email address or Google account identifier), kept by our authentication provider.
Why we collect it
Only to run your team's operations: invitations, selection, attendance, contribution tracking and reports. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Members of your team, according to their role. A player sees their own dues; organisers and treasurers see the team's records. People in other teams cannot see your team's data.
Where it is kept
Records are held in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase). The application runs on Google Cloud (Mumbai) and Vercel. Errors are reported to Sentry with personal and money details removed.
How long we keep it
Financial and permission records are kept for seven years, as accounting records are. Operational records such as availability replies are kept for three. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent, by writing to hello@thecreaseos.com. Financial records that we must keep cannot be deleted before their retention period ends, but we will limit how they are used.
