CreaseOSTerms
Draft for the pilot. To be reviewed before CreaseOS opens to teams beyond the pilot. Last updated 25 October 2026.
What CreaseOS is
CreaseOS is a tool for keeping a cricket team's records: availability, selection, attendance, contributions and expenses. It is provided as a pilot and may change or be withdrawn.
It does not hold your money
CreaseOS does not receive, hold or transfer funds. Any money is paid directly between people and your team's own account. CreaseOS records what you tell it and what it can calculate from those records.
Your team's records
Your team's organisers are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter, and for having the consent of the people whose details they add. Do not enter data about people who do not know you are recording it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other teams' data, or interfere with its operation.
No warranty
The service is provided as is during the pilot. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; reports can be exported to CSV or Excel.
